Keeping It Simple:
Gin, mint, homemade lavender simple syrup, mint leaves to garnish!

(To make the lavender simple syrup: pour 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water into a pot, melt sugar while constantly stirring. As the sugar dissolves add 3 tablespoons of dried lavender. Continue stirring 4-5 minutes on low heat, let sit for 10 minutes.)
